To the CJP Community

I am thrilled to celebrate the tremendous success of this week’s Tuneful Tuesday musical production, held outdoors on a beautiful sunny day that was perfectly suited for such a joyous occasion. A heartfelt thank you goes out to our dedicated music teachers, Ms. Schulz and Mr. Symington, whose tireless efforts in arranging rehearsals, coaching our young performers, coordinating technical aspects, and fostering a love for music made this event truly exceptional. Our students worked incredibly hard, showing great enthusiasm, talent, and teamwork that shone brightly throughout the performance. I also want to express my gratitude to all our teachers for their invaluable support behind the scenes in helping the music teachers prepare for this production, contributing to its smooth and successful execution. Lastly, thank you to our parents for their continued encouragement and for turning out in such great numbers to support their children. Together, we made this a memorable celebration of creativity and community spirit.

Bike/Scooter to School Day [message from CJP SC/PA | Google Classrooms]

Rolling into CJP Safely! Join us on June 6 as the CJP SC/PA and CJP School welcome the Calgary Police. Bring your bikes, scooters, and helmets for a fun and educational day. Every student is encouraged to bring their helmet into school on this day (even if you ride the bus) for a safety check to ensure your student is properly protected during this riding season. The gym door will be open for drop-off at 8:45 am. Please label your student's name and room number on their bike, scooter, and helmet for easy identification.

Families are welcome to observe the outdoor portions; times to be advised next week. We invite you to hang around after the event wraps up to visit with our local police community engagement team until 2pm. All families are welcome to drop by & observe the outdoor activities (stay tuned for the schedule). Volunteer Opportunities are still available, sign up today at www.cjppa.ca/volunteer
