One way parents/guardians can make a meaningful difference for students is by participating on our school’s parent society. Parent societies are a formal group of parents, incorporated under the Societies Act for the purpose of raising funds for the school. A society is a separate legal entity from the school council. About Our Parent Society
Meetings
All Parents Association meetings take place immediately following the School Council meetings which begins at 6:30 PM. We welcome and encourage all families to join for both. We value your attendance at the meeting and encourage your involvement. To vote at meetings or hold an elected position, you must complete an annual membership form. Parent involvement, volunteering and your input allows us to offer amazing programs and initiatives at CJP.

Membership
Membership in the Parents Association is as simple as completing an online membership form, a requirement of the Societies Act. If you choose to fill out the form, please know that all personal information is securely protected and safely destroyed once your membership concludes.
