To the CJP Community,
I understand that some families may have questions regarding the recent labour action announcement earlier in the week. Please note that all updates will be provided at the system level. For the most current information, visit the CBE labour action web page where you’ll find details of the potential impacts and the measures being implemented during this time.
We sincerely appreciate our families' patience as we navigated the weather-related disruptions to our bus routines. With improving conditions, we anticipate a return to normal operations. We acknowledge the significant delays with Bus E this week and want to assure you that the school has been in close communication with CBE Transportation. Bus E families can expect an update later this afternoon with further details on the situation.
Pink Shirt Day is next Wednesday, February 26, a day dedicated to promoting kindness, inclusion, and standing up against bullying. Throughout the week, students will take part in various learning activities that highlight the importance of respect, empathy, and belonging. We encourage you to ask your child about what they learned and how they can help create a positive, supportive environment for everyone.

From MAPSS
MAPSS has been working actively to raise funds and expand our impact on the 3 Montessori Schools, and our efforts are paying off! However, to continue our success, we need the support of more volunteers.
We are specifically looking to fill the Social Media and Communications role as soon as possible and need volunteers for our upcoming PEACE NIGHT on April 24. Your support will help us make a more significant difference in your school.
If you're interested in getting involved, please email Jenna at president@mapss.ca; we'd love to have you on board!
