Dear CJP Families,

The first week back at school has been a great success.  Every class has gotten right back into routine with ease. This month grade K-3 will be completing assessments required by the province in both Literacy and Numeracy.  Grade 5/6 students will be completing the CBE Survey, which is a tool the CBE uses to gather student voice on how they are doing in school.  A similar survey will come out at the end of January/beginning of February from the province for Grade 4 students called the Alberta Assurance Measure – more information on this will come closer to the opening date.

Gymnastics is underway – please send your child in comfortable clothes they can move easily in.  We also ask for no jewelry and long hair tied back for safety.  Your help with this is appreciated.
