Fun Lunch is scheduled for Dec 18th, with snacks for Kindergarten on Dec 19th and Grades 1-6 on Dec 20th. Place your order by midnight at healthyhunger.ca. For questions or arrangements for absent students, contact Jen and Britni at funlunch@cjppa.ca.

Staff Appreciation: With winter break fast approaching our Staff Appreciation team wanted to remind you that this is a great opportunity to acknowledge the staff who play such an important role in your students' lives. A heartfelt note, picture drawn by your student, handmade gift or even a gift card is always an appreciated token of your gratitude. The most remembered and appreciated gifts come from the heart! Check out our website for some ideas www.cjppa.ca/staff-appreciation

Created By Kids Art Fundraiser: Thanks to everyone who supported this fundraiser. We are happy to report that the art projects & original artwork was delivered to students this week. We appreciate your patience as we worked through some delays. You will have received an email if there was any shortage or transit delay on your specific order.  If you have any questions or concerns about your order please contact fundraising@cjppa.ca

Book Swap: If you or your student are making room for new things or just cleaning and tidying this holiday please hold onto any gently used K-6 books you may have for our CJP book swap. Some of our Div 2 students are again organizing this awesome event. We hope to receive 650 books so each student can pick a “new to them” title. Stay tuned for more details and to volunteer.

Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Home Reading Book Exchange: Starting in January, students will begin selecting their own reading material independently. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the volunteers who have supported them throughout this program.

Join the Work Bee: Help strengthen our school community and build new connections by volunteering at our monthly Work Bee. With both morning and afternoon shifts, parents and guardians have the flexibility to support our dedicated faculty. Whether you’re preparing lesson materials or lending a hand wherever needed, your time and effort will have a lasting impact—and is always appreciated! Sign up here www.cjppa.ca/volunteer to join us.

Take good care,
